I discovered conscious connected breathing about 5 years ago, and it completely changed my life.
After experiencing a mind-blowing and transformational breathwork session, I was curious about learning more. I wanted to use this type of breathwork to help with my anxiety, which had affected me for most of my life.
Our bodies are very wise and on a deep level, know how to heal.
However, most of the time, we don’t live in our bodies, we get stuck in our heads.
In our everyday lives, breathing is unconscious, we don’t have to think about it. This unconscious breathing rhythm is interconnected with our thoughts and emotions from the past.
